Reduced sugar white chocolate drops with sweetener. Cocoa solids: 35% minimum.
These chocolate drops convince with their milky-smooth melting and a fine vanilla note. Ideal for delicious cookies, muffins, cakes or muesli: easy to dose, process, delicious and sweetened only with xylitol. 200 g in a resealable tin.
Ingredients: Cocoa butter1, sweetener: 35% xylitol; WHOLE MILK POWDER, SKIMMED MILK POWDER, BUTTERFAT, emulsifier: lecithins (sunflower); natural bourbon vanilla flavour.

Melting Temperature: Stir until melted at approximately 25-35°C. Do not heat above 40°C.
