For your information: Are you wondering that the product name is "Sour cherry fruit spread with sugar and sweetener", although we do not sweeten with sugar at Xucker? Behind this "sugar" is the dextrose (glucose) contained in very small quantities in the gelling agent pectin. Without it, it is not possible to guarantee a consistent gelling capacity of the pectin. The content is so negligible that it has practically no influence on the total sugar content of the product - nevertheless, according to the Food Information Ordinance, dextrose must be declared as "sugar".

Despite careful processing, fruit stone residues may still be present in isolated cases!
