Our handmade apricot fruit spread is sweetened with xylitol. With its 75% fruit content, it promises an enjoyable start to the day, but is also suitable for baking cookies and cakes or garnishing desserts.
Ingredients: 75.7% apricots, sweetener: xylitol; gelling agent: pectins, dextrose; acidifier: citric acid.

The product naturally contains sugar.
Country of manufacture: France. Apricots from EU and non-EU.
Storage: Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 10 days. Please always use clean cutlery.

For your information: The dextrose contained in the product is not actively used for sweetening. It is merely a component of the natural pectin used for gelling. Without the addition of dextrose a constant functional quality of the pectin cannot be guaranteed. However, the content is negligible and has virtually no influence on the total sugar content.
Despite careful processing, fruit stone residues may still be present in isolated cases!
At room temperature, the fruit spread may appear too liquid. Under cooling it becomes nice and firm. In this respect, this is not a reason for complaint.
